Brian Landry is the Chief Client Officer and Executive Vice President at Claims Bureau USA, a leading investigative agency serving the insurance, self-insured, and legal defense industries. With over 33 years of experience, Brian is a nationally licensed private detective and a qualifying corporate officer for the company. His expertise lies in conducting and overseeing complex and high-exposure investigations for clients nationwide, including many Fortune 100 companies. Brian’s core competencies include strategic investigative solutions, client relationship management, operational leadership, and investigative expertise. He is passionate about delivering results that exceed expectations, uncovering critical evidence, and devising innovative investigative strategies.

Scott Gayton
Scott Gayton has dedicated to almost three decades to Claims Bureau USA, where he has played an integral role in shaping the organization’s investigative services. As the Chief Operations Officer, Scott oversees critical aspects of the bureau’s operations, ensuring that every investigator adheres to clients’ policies and procedures. His commitment to maintaining high standards and closely monitoring investigations to meet assigned criteria has been instrumental in the bureau’s success.

Vice President of Fraud Services
Amy DiMambro
Amy DiMambro currently serves as Vice President of Fraud Services at Claims Bureau USA, where she has been employed in several leadership positions since 2011.
With three decades of insurance industry experience, Amy has dedicated her career to developing effective investigative strategies and services that aide in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of insurance fraud abatement for all lines of insurance. She holds an IFC/Insurance Fraud Certified professional designation. Throughout her career, she has been able to successfully leverage her investigative and industry knowledge to produce successful results.
As lead investigator on all cases potentially linked to fraud rings, Amy has an exceptional track record of identifying schemes, dismantling large-scale fraud cases, conducting link analysis, and examining and mapping cellular telephone records and data, remaining on the cutting-edge of investigative strategy and development. Since 2018 she has conducted numerous investigations involving tractor-trailers in Louisiana with strikingly similar characteristics to those identified as being part of “Operation Sideswipe”, among other large-scale investigative projects and endeavors. She looks forward to her future involvement in investigative development, and the continued growth of Claims Bureau USA’s impact on the industry.
Vice President of Life & Health
Jason Gallant
Jason joined Claims Bureau USA in November 2017, initially as the National Accounts Director overseeing all the company’s life and health accounts nationwide. He has worked in the insurance industry for the last 18 years and held prior roles doing individual disability income claim adjudication for a direct insurer, and as living benefits account management for a reinsurer, with the latter position specifically devoted to individual disability income and long-term care accounts. Throughout the last six years or so, Jason has focused on developing a sound understanding of the various life and health products, to ensure he is able to provide appropriate guidance on investigative solutions available to Claims Bureau USA’s clients.
Jason attended Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College), where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2003 and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership in 2005. He has been a member of the International Claim Association’s (“ICA”) Disability Committee from 2013 to 2023 and Fraud Committee since 2018, a co-chair for the ICA’s Fraud Committee since 2023, a member of the Long-Term Care International Forum’s (“LTCIF) Program Committee since 2019, and a member of the New England Claim Association’s (“NECA”) Board since 2021.
Jason is married with two children, a five-year-old son named Hunter and a 21-year-old daughter who is currently a junior at the University of South Carolina. He was born and raised in Vermont and currently lives in Georgia, where he enjoys spending time with family, activities in the outdoors, and officiating, coaching, and playing soccer.

Sarah Willett
Sarah has been with the Claims Bureau for 20+ years and throughout that time, has watched both the company and the industry as a whole grow, change and expand. She worked in several positions with Claims Bureau USA; this varied knowledge has allowed her to incorporate those experiences into her current position and give her a broader viewpoint and better results. She regularly works alongside Fortune 500 clients and their attorneys to get the answers they need. She enjoys digging through depositions and Interrogatories to find that needle in a haystack lead. She lives in New England with her teen daughter, who helps her keep up with growing social media trends and platforms. She spends her down time gardening and reading.

Laura Chew
Laura Chew is proud to lead the Claims Bureau USA Background Department as the Vice President of Investigative Services, with a focus on growth, expansion, and innovation. She has previously held investigative positions with the Claims Bureau, concurrent with advancement as an account liaison, manager, and director, enthusiastically adapting to new roles and challenges while growing alongside the organization. She has been with Claims Bureau for 10+ years and is now heavily involved in the recruitment and development of investigative talent, in addition to daily operations. She currently resides on the North Shore of Boston, MA, and is passionate about travel, tracking investigative trends, and pushing the Background Department to remain cutting-edge in this ever-growing industry.

Ashley Q. Mendez
Ashley Q. Mendez was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and moved to the west coast of FL in 2001. She has been a licensed FL Private Investigator since 2007. Her inquisitive nature, hospitality background, and love of putting puzzles together, have helped her to quickly learn the ever-evolving world of background investigation. Joining Claims Bureau in 2013, as a background investigator, she was steadfast in her determination to learn more and to lead teams. She takes pride in building relationships with clients. She was previously the SIU Department Manager, and her current role is the Vice President of Special Investigations. She resides in Florida with her family and dog. She enjoys working out, sports, and spending time with her family going to the beach, traveling, concerts, and FL theme parks.

Meagan Landry
Meagan is a seasoned professional with nearly 12 years of experience in compliance management. Since joining Claims Bureau USA in June 2018, she has excelled in operational excellence. Over the past six years, Meagan successfully implemented compliance programs, resulting in zero violations nationwide. Her commitment to maintaining the corporation’s reputation and integrity is unwavering.

Meagan has been with Claims Bureau in various client-facing roles for more than a decade. She lives in New England with her family and two cats and enjoys travel, crafts and baking.
