Through our Special Investigations Unit (SIU) services, Claims Bureau USA provides our clients with reliable, thorough, and cost-effective investigations that help identify fraudulent insurance transactions. With experienced investigators from a variety of backgrounds and a combination of field investigations, investigative surveillance, social media and background investigations, and direct and discreet inquiries, we can provide insight into even the most complex cases. Our experience, knowledge, and expertise better equip Claims Bureau USA to manage the size and workloads of our clients’ SIU staff, resulting in improvements in fraud detection, fraud recovery, and cost savings.

Additionally, Claims Bureau USA can work with a client to create investigative company trainings that promote red-flag awareness within their claims department. This allows the client to develop a team of experienced risk and claim analysts who are prepared to evaluate suspicious claims and identify matters that warrant further claim investigation.

We focus on topics such as fraud awareness, best practices and investigative services training and offer such to claims departments, special investigative units and legal departments.

The intent of these presentations and trainings is to assist our clients in recognizing appropriate claims to refer and to inform them of all of the resources that are available to them in order to achieve a cost effective investigation.
